I'm an Independent Marriage and Family Therapist, licensed in the State of Ohio (F.2200250) with a PhD in Human Development and Family Science, with specializations in Couple and Family Therapy and Sexuality Studies. I have completed Level 2 training in the Gottman Method of Couples Therapy. I am passionate about helping couples and individuals navigate the difficulties of relationships. I believe that relationships are the foundation of our lives. My work targets relational and individual patterns and helps you build the skills you need to grow in relationships. I take a collaborative and nonjudgmental approach to help you meet your goals. I specialize in working with couples around challenges such as infidelity and affair recovery, communication issues, and intimacy issues.
